What the form collects
We request your name, email, topic and message. Organization or farm is optional. We also record the language, submission date, reference number, accepted policy version and consent date. We do not request identity numbers, documents, passwords, financial details or sensitive information. Please avoid including these or other people’s personal information in your message.
Why we use it
We use this information to understand your request, organize it by topic and reply to your email. Submission requires your specific authorization, based on consent (LGPD article 7, I). You may withdraw it through our privacy contact. Without authorization, the form is not submitted and the rest of the website remains available. We do not automatically subscribe you to advertising or mailing lists. Stories are not published without separate permission.
Storage and access
Messages are stored in an inbox restricted to the authenticated account of the team responsible for the website. TurboCloud infrastructure provide hosting, storage and security; these services may process data outside Brazil. Data is not sold. FAPERJ’s financial support does not give it access to form submissions. Submitting this form registers a message in the inbox; it does not send an automatic confirmation email.
How long we keep it
Messages are retained during the conversation and while needed to follow up on your request. The team should review that need when closing the conversation and can delete the record through the restricted area. If information must be retained for a legal obligation or legal claims, access remains limited to that purpose. To request deletion or ask about a particular message, provide its reference or the email used to contact us.
Browsing, cookies and security
This website does not add advertising or audience analytics tools. The hosting platform and team sign-in may use features and cookies necessary for operation and authentication. Infrastructure may process technical logs, including IP addresses and request data. To limit abusive submissions, the form uses temporary cryptographic identifiers derived from email and, when available, IP address. They expire within an hour and are removed on the next submission; IP addresses are not stored with messages. The form uses HTTPS, server validation and access controls. No digital service eliminates every risk.
Your rights
You may request confirmation, access, correction, sharing information, portability, anonymization, restriction or deletion, as applicable, and withdraw consent. Requests are free; we may verify your identity before providing or changing information. You may also contact Brazil’s National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

News, government and institutional links lead to websites with their own policies. When using email, your provider’s practices also apply. Public content is available without an account. The form is not intended for children; guardians may contact us to request removal of information sent inappropriately. Policy changes will appear on this page with an updated date.
